  1. Purchasing tickets to the livestream

Tickets to the livestream are available here.

    1.  Questions about transferring tickets?  

    Please use the chat button in the bottom right corner or email tickets@singlemusic.com with your order number.

    1. Missing confirmation email

    When you’ve purchased your ticket you’ll receive a confirmation email from Songkick Presents. Didn’t receive your email? Please check your junk and promotions folders.  

    You can also check the status of your order by heading here and logging in with the account you created during check out.

    1. Forgotten password?

    Head here and select ‘forgot your password’.

    1. Watching the livestream once you’ve bought a ticket 
    • Log in to the account you created during check out. This is all that is needed to access, our site will know you purchased tickets! 
    1. Can I rewatch the livestream?  

    The event will be available for replay for 24 hours on the same page as the stream!

    1. Supported devices to watch the livestream
    Can I watch the event on my phone or tablet? 
    Yes, The player is HTML5, so as long as your phone supports HTML5 video viewing you can definitely use your phone!
     
    What about my TV? 
    Yes absolutely!  One way to watch on your TV is to connect your laptop or desktop with an HDMI cable to your TV and open the live stream on your computer's browser. Click here for a tutorial on connecting your computer. 
    Additionally, Casting/Airplay are the best options to connect wirelessly.

    To watch the livestream please ensure you have the following system requirements: 
    Windows 7 or higher, Mac OS X 10.6 or higher
    Supported desktop browsers:
    • Google Chrome 45+
    • Mozilla Firefox 49+
    • Safari 10+
    • Microsoft Edge 15+
    Supported mobile browsers:
    • Chrome 45+
    • Safari 10+ (iOS)

    Internet Connection:
    10mbps download speed is recommended. Check your connection at www.speedtest.net

    Not Supported:
    • Internet Explorer
    • ROKU (use casting, more info here
    • Amazon Silk (use casting for firestick, more info here)
    • Playstation 4
    • Samsung Smart TV's (use Airplay where available, more info here)

    1. How do I use the chat? 

    Chat / Ticket accounts are NOT linked. Registering an account in the chat is not required!

    Enter a UNIQUE username (like your instagram handle), and enter your message below. If you are prompted to enter a password, that means your username has already been registered by another user.
